After a bad experience at another boutique I was a bit apprehensive about dress shopping. However, I needed a wedding dress and decided to trust Martels - it was the best decision! Vanessa was so lovely and she helped me to find my dream dress 😍. Our elopement wedding took place last week and I felt amazing in my beautiful dress. I originally went to an open day at Martles with my H2B the beginning of last year, everyone was so welcoming. Later on last year I went to a wedding fair at Chelmsford Race Course where I met the lovely ladies from their bridal boutique i entered the competition to win a wedding dress. And I WON!! Since winning Karen has been able to answer any questions I have had without any issues. The wonderful Samantha helped me pick out my dress October last year, think it was safe to say everyone in the room got very emotional. I've recently had an appointment to get measured up for my dress so it could get ordered, at this appointment I met the lovely Vanessa. All of the wonderful ladies have made great effort to get to know me, my H2B and have made me feel so welcome.
Wow the experience at martels was amazing. Karen and her team are so knowledgeable and were so patient with all of my questions. They made the experience of dress shopping so much fun. The dress I ordered is such great quality and looks amazing. Karen was so helpful with helping me to measure my bridesmaid and the dress needs no alterations at all. I am so happy I decided to go here for my dresses. Thank you all so much
The service at this bridal boutique is second to none. I have dealt with both Sam and Karen and both ladies have been so so helpful and kind, there is no pressure to buy and they only stock the most stunning dresses, absolutely exquisite! A personal and friendly experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
